Bienvenidos a tu show latino—Oxflowcito! In our very first show, we hit some of the highlights from this week’s Latin Grammys and address some of the controversy around that show’s treatment of urbano artists. You’ll hear new sounds from Ricky Martin, Residente, Bad Bunny, and J Balvin. Later in the show, we introduce cumbia, a Colombian music very popular throughout Latin America and particularly in Central America. To close out the show, we explore some of the highlights from Latinx artists’ long history of musical participation in the FIFA World Cup. Aprovechan!
